Campus Mail Route Reduction

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, and the announcement that all employees outside of UI Health Care or those whose critical function must be completed on campus should work remotely, Campus Mail will be reducing their routes and service to the following critical locations only. 

Main Hospital, Pharmacy, and Offsite Clinics

College of Public Health

Grant Accounting Office

Health Care Support Services

Iowa River Landing

Jessup Hall

Mother’s Milk Bank

Plaza Centre One (Accounts Payable)

State Hygienic Lab

University Services Building

Med Labs/Bowen Science

Westlawn

For all other campus locations, we will be sorting and holding mail for pickup or a scheduled delivery at Mossman Business Services Building. To schedule a pickup or delivery please send an e-mail to mailing-campusmail@uiowa.edu or call 384-3802.

FedEx and UPS Deliveries

Due to numerous building lock-downs on campus, effective immediately all FedEx and UPS deliveries are being redirected to Central Receiving where they will be sorted and held for pickup by departments, or through a scheduled delivery. To schedule a pickup or delivery, please send an e-mail to mailing-campusmail@uiowa.edu, or call 384-3802.

General Hospital, State Hygienic Laboratory, and UI Laundry Services will still be receiving deliveries directly from these vendors.
